1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast half or skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Chunky Garden Mushroom & Green Pepper Italian Sauce
3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained (about 4 cups)

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned, stirring often.
Stir the sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken and sauce with the pasta.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed whole green beans & yellow beans and soft wheat dinner rolls. For dessert serve mini-eclairs.
