Vegetable cooking spray
5 slices Pepperidge Farm® Toasting White Bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 bag (12 ounces) frozen mixed berry (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), thawed and drained
confectioners' sugar (optional)

Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the bread pieces in the dish.
Beat the eggs, milk, orange juice, cheese, sugar and butter in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk. Stir in the berries. Pour the egg mixture over the bread pieces. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
