Crisco® original no-stick Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup Jif® creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons Crisco® butter flavor all vegetable shortening
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 of a 6-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 teaspoons Crisco® butter flavor all vegetable shortening

Heat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch jelly-roll pan with the cooking spray. Beat 1/3 cup peanut butter and 1/3 cup shortening in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until the peanut butter mixture is well blended. Add brown sugar and beat until well blended. Beat in the eggs.
Stir the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir 1/4 cup milk and vanilla in a small bowl. Add the flour mixture and milk mixture alternately to the peanut butter mixture and beat on low speed until well blended. Spread the mixture in the prepared pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Beat the remaining peanut butter and 3 tablespoons shortening in a large bowl on medium speed until blended. Add the confectioners’ sugar and 1/3 cup milk alternately and beat on low speed until blended. Increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy. Spread the frosting on the cooled cookie base.
Place the chocolate pieces and 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening  in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 1 minute or until the chocolate is melted. Stir until the chcolate mixture is smooth. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the frosting. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until chocolate mixture is firm. Cut into 36 squares.
