Peanut Butter & Chocolate Crumb Cake

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Jif® creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces (about 1 cup)

Heat the oven to 350ºF.
Stir the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. Add the peanut butter and butter. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until the mixture is crumbly. Set aside 1 cup of the peanut butter mixture.
Add the milk, eggs and vanilla to the remaining peanut butter mixture. Mix at low speed until moistened. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour the batter into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and the reserved peanut butter mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack before serving
