Montana Cowboy Stew

1 boneless beef round steak (about 2 pounds), cubed
salt & pepper
garlic powder
all-purpose flour
butter
6 medium potato, peeled and cubed (about 6 cups)
1 small onion, diced (about 1/4 cup)
1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
3 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
3 soup cans water
1 can (about 14.5 ounces) cut green beans




Season the beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat the beef with the flour. Heat the butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned on all sides, stirring often.
Place the beef, potatoes, onion and sausage in a large baking dish or roasting pan. Stir the soup and water in a medium bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the beef mixture and stir until well mixed.
Bake for 4 hours at 400°F. Stir at least 2 times during the baking time. Add the green beans for the last 30 minutes of baking time and stir before serving.
