1 egg
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves, crushed or 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed olive
all-purpose flour
1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
grated parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to 425°F.  Beat the egg and water in a small bowl with a fork.
Stir the picante sauce, oregano, chicken, Cheddar cheese and olives in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle the work surface with the flour.  Unroll the dough on the work surface.  Roll the dough into a 15 x 10-inch rectangle.  Cut into 6 (5-inch) squares.
Spoon about 1/4 cup chicken mixture in the center of each square. Brush the edges of the squares with the egg mixture. Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle. Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.  Place the calzones onto a baking sheet. Brush with the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the calzones are golden brown. Serve with additional picante sauce.
