4 large potato (about 2 pounds), peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Campbell's® Beef Gravy

Place the potatoes in a 4-quart saucepan and cover with water. Add salt, if desired. Heat to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes and mash with the milk and butter and season to taste.

Heat the oil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they're tender, stirring occasionally. Add the gravy and heat through. Serve the gravy mixture over the potatoes.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
