1 1/3 cups boiling water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pound ground turkey or Italian turkey sausage, casing removed
1 stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell's® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy

Stir the water and butter in a large bowl. Add the stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey, celery and onion and cook until the turkey is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Spoon the turkey mixture over the stuffing mixture. Pour the gravy over the turkey mixture. Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until the turkey mixture is hot and bubbling.
