Fresh Okra and Tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, small, chopped
1 pound okra, fresh, sliced
4 Roma tomatoes, large, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
freshly ground pepper
Tabasco sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Saute until soft and transparent. Add okra. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes. Cook 3 minutes. Add Creole seasonings, stirring to combine. Cook to let flavors blend. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Serve immediately.
