Pasta with Basil and Pine Nuts

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
3 cups chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts, chopped
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 pound fedelini, or vermicelli pasta, cooked al dente




Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and saute until translucent. Add tomatoes, basil, and pine nuts. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Place pasta in a serving bowl, add sauce, and toss. Serve immediately.
