Country-Crust Bread

2 packages yeast, dry
2 cups water, warm
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup salad oil
6 cups flour
butter, melted




Combine all ingredients except 3 cups of the flour and beat for 5 minutes in mixer. Add remaining flour and mix with dough hook or knead by hand for 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 1 hour. Divide into 2 regular or 3 small greased loaf pans and let rise again for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 30 minutes on lower rack. Remove from pans and brush tops with melted butter.
