6 cups low-fat granola cereal, (with almonds)
2 cups whole natural almonds, toasted*
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots, snipped into thin strips




In large bowl, toss ingredients to mix evenly. Store in airtight containers up to two weeks.



*To Toast Almonds Spread almonds in an ungreased baking pan. Place in 350-degree oven and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until almonds are light brown. Stir once or twice to ensure even browning. Note that almonds will continue to brown slightly after removed
