6 trout fillets
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds
finely chopped parsley
lemon, wedges

Dip fillets in milk; roll in flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown fish on both sides in butter. Arrage fish on serving platter; keep warm. Saute onions in butter and pour browned butter and almonds over fish. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
