1 box (9 ounces) lobster tails, frozen
1 pound lump crabmeat
1 pound shrimp, cooked and shelled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (6 ounces) BBQ potato chips, onion-garlic

Cook lobster tails; remove meat and chop. Mix with crabmeat, shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, onions, green pepper and salt. Add a little cream or extra mayonnaise if mixture seems too dry. Spoon into buttered casserole. Crush the potato chips into very fine crumbs with a rolling pin (while the potato chips are still in the bag). Sprinkle crumbs over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
