Curried Shrimp

1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2-4 teaspoons curry powder
2 cups chicken bouillon
1 cup cream
2 tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 1/2 pounds shrimp, cooked and shelled

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add flour and curry powder; blend. Slowly add boiullon and cream; stil until thickened. Add apples and heat. Add shrimp. Serve on rice with toasted coconut, golden raisins, chutney and toasted almonds.
