3-4 pounds chicken pieces
salt, and fresh white pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup walnuts, finely ground
1 cup soft bread crumbs

In a frypan, brown chicken in the oil until golden brown, then place in crockpot. Add onion, celery, chicken broth and spices. Set cooker to LOW and cook 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove 3 cups of broth from the cooker and mix with the walnuts and breadcrumbs. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Turn cooker to HIGH, and cook stirring, until sauce has thickened.

It may work better to put the sauce into a saucepan and boil to reduce the liquid to thicken it.
