Sidney's Chicken with Rice

6 chicken breast halves, or 1 chicken (2 1/2 pounds), cut into serving size pieces
Pepper, salt and flour
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/3 cup pimientos
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cups chicken bouillon
Dash chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons comino seed
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper




Roll chicken in the seasoned flour. Brown in hot margarine and remove chicken from skillet. In the same pan, cook onion, garlic and green pepper until onion is golden brown. Add pimientos and rice; stir over low heat 2 minutes. Add bouillon, chili powder, comino seeds, salt and pepper. Put rice mixture in casserole and arrange browned chicken on top. Bake, covered, 1-1/2 hours at 320 degrees.
