2 large eggs
1/3 to 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 teaspoon shallot, minced
1/2 to 3/4 cup peanut oil
1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
white pepper
heavy whipping cream

Process eggs, vinegar, shallot, and raspberry juice in a food processor until blended. Slowly add oil in a thin stream until combined. Add salt and pepper. Thin with cream if necessary. Store covered in refrigerator.
