Pork Chops

6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
6 slices apple
6 slices onion
6 teaspoons brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup raisins




Brown pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in baking dish. On top of each chop place and apple slice, an onion slice, and a teaspoon brown sugar. Stir water, vinegar and raisins into skillet with pork chop drippings. Bring to a boil; pour overchops. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until tender.
