Spinach and Apple Salad

1 cup white wine vinegar
1 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons chutney, minced
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
4 pounds fresh spinach, torn and coarse stems discarded
1 red delicious apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 cup raisins
2/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Whisk vinegar, oil, chutney, curry powder, salt, dry mustard, and Tabasco until blended. Set aside.

Toss spinach, apples, almonds, raisins, green onions, and sesame seeds in a salad bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
