Salmon Cheese Ball

2 cups (1 pound) canned salmon, drained and picked
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
parsley, for garnish (or nuts)




Mix together salmon, cream cheese, onion, salt,
lemon juice, and horseradish. Shape into ball.

Spread the parsley and chopped nuts on plates or a tray. Roll the ball first in the parsley and then in the nuts. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature with crackers, toasts, or pita triangles.
