Shrimp and Cauliflower Salad

1/2 cup rice, uncooked
2 cups shrimp, cooked and shelled
1 1/2 cups cauliflower buds, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup French dressing, (oil and vinegar type)
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
whipped cream

Cook rice; let cool. Mix all remaining ingredients together adding mayonnaise plus a little whipped cream until salad is of desired consistency.
