Curried Shrimp Salad

1 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled and chilled
1 cup celery, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Cut shrimp in half, lengthwise; add celery and green onions. Mix remaining ingredients ingredients together to make a sauce. Stir sauce into shrimp mixture until it is of desired consistency. Serve on salad greens. This salad can also be used to fill advocado halves or rosette tomatoes. Lump crabmeat can be submitted for shrimp. The curry sauce alone is a good dip for cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, carrot sticks and cauliflowerets.
