May's Dressing for Fruit Salad
This is a great fruit salad dressing that can also be used as the base for frozen fruit salad.

1 teaspoon flour
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
2 eggs, separated
1 large package (8 ounces) cream cheese




Mix flour, sugar and salt together in saucepan. Add fruit juices and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add beaten egg yolks. Cook 5 more minutes, stirring constandly. Add cream cheese and beat until blended. Fold in stiffly-beaten egg whites. Serve over fruit salad. This dressing can also be used as the base for frozen fruit salad. Keeps well in refrigerator.
