Spinach and Bacon Tossed Salad
This is a great tossed salad to serve to your family or guests with dinner.

6 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
3/4 cup French dressing, (oil and vinegar type)
1 pound fresh spinach
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried crisp

Add garlic to French dressing and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Refrigerate. At serving time place spinach in large salad bowl; sprinkle with eggs and crumbled bacon. Remove garlic from dressing and toss salad with enough dressing to thoroughly coat greens.
