2 cups bread cubes
1/2 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, whole, peeled
3 heads romaine lettuce
2 heads lettuce, leaf
2 eggs
1 can anchovy fillets
Salt and pepper

Make croutons by sauteeing bread cubes and crushed garlic in butter until bread is crisp. Remove and set aside. To make dressing, shake lemon juice olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic cloves together in a jar; chill. Tear romaine and lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Toss together the greens and croutons. Break eggs over green and add cheese, anchovies, salt and pepper. Remove garlic from dressing. Pour dressing over sald; toss thoroughly.
