2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cans beef consomme
Juice of 2 lemons
Few drops Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon (or more) onion, grated
Salt and pepper
1 can (15 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add consomme which has been heated; stir in dissolved gelatin. Add lemon juice, Tabasco, onion, salt and pepper. Cut artichoke heats into small pieces; add to gelatin mixture. Spoon into 1-1/2 quart mold or individual molds. Chill until firm. Serve with curried mayonnaise.
