Fruit Nectar Salad
This nextar salad is really easy to make which is especially good if you're planning to make this for a party.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (12 ounces) apricot nectar
1/ cup water
10 whole cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups fresh fruit, any fruit, can use canned fruit




Thoroughly mix gelatin, sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Add nectar, water and cloves. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and discard cloves. Add lemon juice. Chill until thickened, then add fruit of your choice. Pour mixture into 3-cup mold, chill until firm.
