Holland Rusk or melba toast
cream cheese
tomato, sliced
artichoke hearts
Russian salad dressing
bacon, crumbled
hard-cooked eggs

To make individual salads, arrange a bed of lettuce on a salad plate. Spread a Holland Rusk with cream cheese and caviar. Cover with tomato slices and an artichoke heart. Pour Russian dressing over top and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped egg. Serve immediately to prevent rusk from getting soggy.
