Dilled Carrots

3 pounds carrots
3/4 cup onion, finely grated
4 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons dill weed
3/4 teaspoon salt




Cut carrots into strips and refrigerate in cold water. Twenty-four hours before serving, combine remaining ingredients and add carrots. Refrigerate, stirring three times or more. Drain to serve.
