1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces crabmeat, fresh or frozen, cooked and flaked
3/4 cup freshly Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry sherry, (or sauterne)




Cook and drain spinach. Saute onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve in a chafing dish with onion crackers or thinly sliced baguettes.
