8 ounces lump crabmeat, fresh, drained and picked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons capers, tiny
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter, melted




Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss crab meat lightly with matonnaise, capers, and lemon juice. Spoon into individual baking shells or ramekins. Brush with melted butter. Bake for 10 minutes. Place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until browned on top.
