1 (2 pounds) smoked pork butt
2 pounds sauerkraut
2 onions, chopped
1 can (12 ounces) beer
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) beef broth
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pound Polish sausage links
1 pound frankfurters

Remove casing from pork butt if necessary. In Farberware® Electric wok, mix sauerkraut, onion, beer, beef broth, brown sugar, caraway seed, Worcestershire sauce and pork butt. Cover. Set heat control dial at 250°F and cook about 1-1/2 hours. Add sausage and frankfurters. Cook another hour or until pork butt is tender.
