9 eggs
3/4 cup bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup crabmeat, cooked and shredded, or chopped shrimp
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
peanut or vegetable oil

In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add bean sprouts, crabmeat, onion, soy sauce and pepper. In Farberware® Electric wok add 2 teaspoons oil. Set Heat Control Dial at 250 degrees. When Light goes out, pour in 1/2 cup egg mixture. Ass eggs set, lift edge to allow liquid portion to run underneath. When bottom of eggs are golden brown, slide onto plate, cooked side down. Invert and return to Wok; cook until bottom is done. Slide back onto plate. Serve immediately with hot brown gravy or soy sauce, if desired. Repeat with remaining egg mixture
