Zucchini and Carrot Stir-Fry

1 carrot, cleaned
2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini, cut into thin slices

Cut carrot into thin match-like strips, about 2-inches long. In Farberware® Electric wok, add oil. Set heat control set at 350°F. When light goes out, add carrot and garlic. Stir-fry about 2 minutes. Add zucchini; stir-fry 1 minute or until tender crisp. Serve immediately.
