Tokyo Meatballs

2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup bread crumbs, soft
1 cup fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce




Mix together beef, ¼ cup soy sauce, bread crumbs, mushroom, celery and onion. Shape into 1-½-inch balls. In Farberware® Electric wok, add oil. Set heat control set at 350°F. Add 1/3 of meatballs and brown on all sides. Push meatballs to side of wok and add more meatballs. Repeat until all meatballs are cooked. Remove meatballs to 2-quart Farberware® Mixing Bowl. Mix together remaining ingredients except sesame seed. Add to wok, stirring constantly until mixture boils 1 minute. Gently stir meatballs; sprinkle tops with sesame seed.
