1 cup sliced fresh or thawed frozen strawberries
1 large banana, ripe, peeled and broken into chunks
2 scoops (1 cup) vanilla ice cream, or plain yogurt, or strawberry ice cream or strawberry sorbet
1/2 cup milk

Combine all ingredients in the container of a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into frosted mugs or glasses. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
