Creole Burgers

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons FRANK'S® RED HOT® Sauce
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning, or Cajun seasoning
4 hamburger rolls
1 small tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced




Gently mix beef, RedHot Sauce and seasoning. Shape into 4 patties.

Broil or grill patties for 10 minutes until medium doneness (160F internal temperature), turning once.

Serve burgers on rolls. Garnish as desired. Splash on more RedHot Sauce to taste.
