Southern Barbecue Steak Sandwich

1 pound boneless sirloin steak or flank steak
3/4 cup FRENCH'S® WORCESTERSHIRE Sauce, divided
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup light molasses
2 tablespoons FRANK'S® RED HOT® Sauce
1/2 teaspoon hickory salt
4 sandwich buns split

Place steak into resealable plastic food storage bag. Pour 1/2 cup Worcestershire over steak; seal bag. Marinate meat in refrigerator for 20 minutes or up to 3 hours.

Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

Grill steak over high heat for 15 minutes, turning once. Let steak rest 5 minutes. Cut steak into thin slices. Stir meat into barbecue sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring often.

Serve steak and sauce on sandwich buns.
