Baked Peaches

2 tabelespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 1/2 cans peaches
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon coriander




Blend together 2 tablespoons each honey and lemon juice and 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine. Brush over 6 halves of peaches (2 1/2 cans) Sprinkle with a mixture of 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger and 3/4 teaspoon coriander. Bake at 325 F until heated, about 12-15 minutes.
