Jelly Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup Smucker’s® Baking Healthy
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons Smucker's ® Jelly, Jam or Perserves
cinnamon
sugar




Line 12 muffin cups with paper or foil liners. Spray each liner with non-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl combine buttermilk, Baking healthy and egg; blend well. Stir liquid ingredients into flour mixture, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Spoon about ½ teaspoon jelly on each muffin, press lightly into batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 400Ĕ for 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan. Serve warm.
