Tomato-Herb Bread

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1/2 cup Smucker’s® Baking Healthy
1/2 cup egg substitute




Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 5 x3-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Rehydrate tomatoes according to package directions; chop and set aside. In a bowl, combine flour and next 6 ingredients. Combine milk. Baking healthy product and egg substitute; add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Stir in tomatoes. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan; serve warm at room temperature.
