Quick & Tangy Beef Stir-Fry

1/2 cup beef gravy, prepared
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® WORCESTERSHIRE Sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar, or granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound thinly sliced beef flank or sirloin steak
3 cups bell peppers, sliced




Combine ingredients for sauce. Marinate beef in 1/4 cup sauce for 5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches for 5 minutes until browned.

Add peppers; cook 2 minutes. Add remaining sauce; Stir-fry until sauce thickens slightly. Serve over cooked rice or ramen noodles, if desired.


Notes:
Ingredients # 6-7 are for the stir-fry and # 1-5 are for the sauce
