Saucy Chicken
Good Idea: This sauce is excellent brushed over hamburger patties, or used as a sauce to heat up meatballs or thin slices of leftover roast pork.

1/2 cup Smucker's® Orange Marmalade
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut into serving pieces

In a large glass or china bowl, combine soy sauce, ketchup, marmalade, and water. Add chicken pieces. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight, turning chicken pieces occasionally. Remove chicken and place in a single layer, skin side up, in a baking pan. Brush with sauce. Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Brush with sauce several times during cooking. Serve remaining sauce with chicken.
