Mango BBQ Chicken w/ Rice and Asparagus

4 skinless chicken breast halves
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 jar of Mango BBQ Grilling Sauce
2 cups brown rice, (uncooked)
1 bunch fresh asparagus




Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange chicken in a 13" x 9" baking or casserole dish. Generously brush one jar of Mango BBQ Grilling Sauce over chicken, completely covering each piece. Bake for 45 minutes at 375° or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare brown rice according to directions. Trim asparagus into bite-size pieces and steam 3 to 5 minutes, just before the chicken and rice are done. Remove cooked chicken to a serving platter. Pour juices from the baking dish over cooked brown rice and stir. Top each portion of brown rice with several pieces of asparagus and serve alongside the chicken.
