1 small Boneless Chicken breast
1 thick slice sourdough bread, (crusty)
3 tablespoons American Spoon Roasted Vegetable Relish
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme




Grill the chicken breast and the bread. Warm the Roasted Vegetable Relish in the microwave for 30 seconds. Spread the warmed Roasted Vegetable Relish on the grilled bread and place the grilled chicken breast on top. Sprinkle with fresh chopped thyme.
