Toasted Sesame Stir Fry

1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cups napa cabbage
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sweet vermouth
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 cups brown rice, cooked
salt and pepper
soy sauce
American Spoon Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette

Cook the brown rice. Keep warm. Thinly slice the vegetables and chicken breasts. Heat the olive oil in a large sautè pan. Carefully add the sliced chicken and cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, tossing and stirring often. Add the sliced vegetables and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Add the sweet vermouth. Cover and simmer for 1 minute, season with soy sauce. Serve over brown rice, and dress each serving with 2 to 3 tablespoons of Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette.
