Oriental Chicken BBQ

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons peanut oil
3 cups rice, cooked
1/3 cup American Spoon Tangy Ginger Dazzler®




Marinate chicken in Salad Dazzler® for 2 hours. Cook rice. Cut vegetables. Remove chicken from marinade and reserve liquid for later use.

Grill chicken, being careful not to overcook.(about 3 minutes each side) While chicken is cooking, heat peanut oil in large skillet or wok. Stir fry vegetables over high heat for 2 or 3 minutes, add reserved marinade and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Serves 4
