Sausage-Biscuit Pinwheels and Baked Eggs

1 (11 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits or cresent rolls
1/2 pound sausage, cooked
1 cup grated cheese
6 eggs
salt and pepper




For pinwheels, flatten biscuits on floured surface. Pinch seams together, roll to form a 12x8-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Roll up dough jelly roll fashion. Cut six slices. Place in round cake pan and bake according to biscuit directions.
For baked eggs, spray a six cup muffin tin with vegetable spray. Break one egg in each cup. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake along with pinwheels for 10 minutes or until white is set.
To serve, top each pinwheel with a baked egg. Garnish with one of the following cream of mushroom soup. Cheddar cheese soup or hollandaise sauce.
