Easy Lamb and Bean Stew

12 ounces lamb leg, cooked, cut into 3/4-inch cubes (2 to 2 1/4 cups)
1 10 oz. can canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
1 can (15 oz.) great Northern beans, drained
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce, low salt
1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)

In a 2-quart casserole, combine tomatoes and green chilies, onion, garlic, beef bouillon granules and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook on 100% power (HIGH) for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in lamb, beans, tomato sauce and zucchini. Cover and cook on 100% power (HIGH) for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring twice, until heated through.
